HUUUGE, INC. ANNOUNCES CHANGES IN EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT TEAM

Global game developer and publisher, Huuuge, Inc. (“Huuuge”), has announced several promotions and important changes to its executive management team. These changes in leadership reflect Huuuge's commitment to strategic succession planning and its dedication to maintaining its position as an industry leader in the ever-evolving world of gaming.

Anton Gauffin will transition from his current position as President and Chief Executive Officer to the position of Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors. Anton has been at the helm of Huuuge since its inception, steering it to unparalleled success in the gaming industry. In his new role as Executive Chairman, he will continue to provide strategic guidance and leverage his extensive industry expertise to drive Huuuge's continued growth and innovation. Anton (via Big Bets OÜ) remains the largest shareholder of Huuuge. 

Wojciech Wronowski will transition from his current role as Chief Operating Officer to become Chief Executive Officer of Huuuge. Wojciech has been working closely with Anton since 2006 and later became a member of the founding team of Huuuge. Wojciech played a leading role in the design and management of Huuuge’s most successful games - Huuuge Casino & Billionaire Casino, which have generated almost $2bn in lifetime revenue so far. Since early 2022, Wojciech has been serving in the Chief Operating Officer role and has been primarily focused on implementing Huuuge’s profitability and efficiency focused strategy, which delivered over $100m in adjusted EBITDA over the past 12 months. Wojciech is based in Huuuge’s Warsaw office.

Erik Duindam is set to transition from his current role as Chief Technology Officer to become President and Chief Operating Officer of Huuuge. Erik has been in the Chief Technology Officer role since 2022, previously holding positions as SVP of Technology and VP of Technology & Product. Before his tenure at Huuuge, Erik served as co-CEO of Playable Platform, which Huuuge acquired in 2020, and as Head of Engineering and as an executive at Everwise in New York and San Francisco. He also co-founded Cloud Games and has held CTO and senior tech leadership positions in various tech scale-ups and startups across New York, Dubai and Amsterdam.
