Accession to the Electronic Information Transfer System

The Board of Directors of Huuuge, Inc. (the “Issuer”), hereby reports that on February 10, 2021, the Issuer acceded to the Electronic Information Transfer System (Elektroniczny System Przekazywania Informacji; “ESPI”). Starting on that date, the Issuer will transfer its information using ESPI.
Legal basis: §11.1 of the Terms of Use of the Electronic Information Transfer System.
